Unity Group is the leading real estate firm which has launched more than 100 commercial projects in Delhi. They have ventured into residential development by investing whopping Rs. 3000 Cr for launching a housing project Amaryllis in the heart of Delhi. The Unity Group Amaryllis will be stretched over 40 acres to develop 2500apartments.Unity Group also joins hands with Gianni Versace, a leading fashion brand to launch branded homes in two twin towers of 45 storeys each. They are known to stand over 182m tall to become Delhi’s tallest towers.
Harsh V Bansal, Director, Unity Group, added, “We are going to launch our first residential venture in central Delhi which will have 22 towers and 2500 units. We are also launching twin tower with 145 luxurious branded units with Versace. “Unity Group has joined DCM Group to launch this project and this land parcel was basically used by them for housing of workers who were employed in Delhi Cloth Mills.
There are only few residential projects in Delhi which are going to be developed by the private real estate players. DLF is the largest real estate company in India also developing a residential project in Central Delhi, Moti Nagar. In 2007, they had acquired 38 acres of land from DCM Silk Mills and Swatantra Bharat Mills. When it comes to investment, Bansal added that the cost of the project is estimated at Rs. 3000 Cr approx and it would be funded from advances by customers and internal accruals.
In this project, the company is going to sell homes in a price from Rs. 1.5 Cr. to 5.5 Cr @ Rs. 14000/sq. ft to Rs. 15000/sq. ft. Unity Group is going to sell the Versace branded apartments on invitation. The Amaryllis is well located in front of Central Delhi and the residential towers will have serene views of Rashtrapati Bhavan, Connaught Place, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, and Delhi Ridge. Unity Group is a diversified real estate group which is well known to launch residential projects, commercial developments, hotels, educational institutions, healthcare, and automobile dealerships.
