A well-known property listing site Magicbricks prepares an analysis “How India Searched for Homes 2017”on consumer behavior in order to get an insight to the trends of customer interest over the past 12 months. Maharashtra ranked top with seven locations in this analysis as the most preferred destination to live in across the country. In terms of rented properties, New Delhi topped
the list. In terms of buying properties, Hyderabad and Navi Mumbai emerged as the winners. Marketing Head, Prasun Kumar, added “In a year which has witnessed a lot of changes in policy, over 15 lakh customers have searched for property actively irrespective of the belief that buyers left the market and proved that real estate has emerged as the most desirable and hottest asset for Indians.”
When prices remained flat over the past twelve months and the supply-demand chain balanced out to fewer launches of the project, it is definitely the best time to invest in their home for home buyers, according to him. According to the report, residents are specific to the type of property.
Bangalore is definitely the best city which is open to all types of buildings. When it comes to choices, residential villas, houses, and plots are the first options in Chennai and Hyderabad. In Navi Mumbai and Pune, Multi-storey complexes are common. Builder floors are widely demanded in Ghaziabad, Delhi, and Chennai. Penthouses are preferred in metro cities like Mumbai and Ahmadabad.
