Why Goregaon has Become Most Happening Neighborhood for Realty Developers? Lies on the western skyline of Mumbai, Goregaon was once had only a few residential buildings. The fresh projects were just limited to Andheri, Bandra and other suburbs. Goregaon has great connectivity and infrastructure to several places as it is located closely to the Western Express Highway. The major reason of the growth of Goregaon is affordable housing choices as compared to Andheri, Powai and Bandra. Developers are building smaller complexes and larger township schemes. They are providing high quality living and housing amenities. You can never expect these amenities in the past.
Recently, Oberoi Realty is engaged in introducing its entry-level projects and integrated township in Goregaon – Oberoi Garden City or OGC.
