Haryana Secretary-General Sanjeev Kaushal projected his thoughts on Friday that the development task force was designed to address security issues in communities in the city.
The central secretary shared the data while addressing the media at the two-day metropolitan advancement meeting that started in Gurugram on Friday.
Conducting a comprehensive review of the architecture in the Gurugram area, the new design team will provide further guidance to ensure the buildings are safe and free from damage or collisions in the future. Energy efficiency is a key issue and we want home buyers to be safe. The roadmap should also be prepared to improve the whole process,” Kaushal said.

The Secretary also said that Gurugram and Faridabad are important cities in the Haryana State (NCR) metropolitan area and issues affecting urban development need to be addressed soon.
The issues created by urban development, reliability of electricity and water, and transport and connectivity issues are significant. However, the quality of construction, renovation, and security of the room are equally important. We must also bear in mind whether the NCR area is designed in line with human expectations and other measures must be taken to ensure that the public is satisfied," Kaushal said in his speech at the Conclave.
Minister of Housing and Urbanism Manoj Joshi also addressed the meeting. He raised concerns about unplanned urbanization in small towns and said urban development is only happening as planned.
“In the Delhi NCR region including Gurugram and Faridabad, the environment, clean water, transport, and people's livelihood must be taken into consideration. Haryana State has the capacity for urban planning, but many states in the country do not have access to transport. Haryana is a very advanced and leading state because of its urban planning,” Joshi said.
Joshi guaranteed that the Union government will completely coordinate to work on metropolitan preparation in the NCR areas of Haryana.
