THDC or Tata Housing Development Company is a fully owned real estate arm of Tata Sons, which holds Tata Group. Established by the late JRD Tata in 1984, Tata Housing was revived under Brotin Banerjee’s leadership in 2006, who is the CEO and MD of Tata Housing Development Co. Ltd. Since revival, the company has become one of the topmost holistic real estate developers and built several landmark projects in the country.
