Pride & Purple Group Gets Great Response in 115 Acre Township
Despite Union Budget on March 2015, The Premium Property Showcase at Westin and Grihapravesh from India Property dot com at Hotel VITS were the two major property exhibitions held in town. At Deccan College campus, Yerwada, Tag Your Home Expo from Pride Purple Group got great response. People visited the expo on both days. It is reported that around 350 residential units have been booked, despite of less number of attendees.
According to the sources, first apartment was booked within first hour. Though the timing was from 10 am to 8 pm of the expo, on last day, the last booking was done at 10 pm on March 1, 2015. As compared to usual exhibitions of the real estate, it was clear that only a few were just visitors and most of them were serious buyers. Most of them visited with intention of cracking the deal with paying 3% for signing the agreement, 50% on stamp duty, registration and VAT.
