UP RERA look-forward for national Lok Adalat

On the upcoming date, 10 July, Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) has decided to organize National Lok through online media at the Lucknow headquarters and Greater Noida regional office under the guidance of the U.P. State Legal Services Authority

 Adalat is set to resolve cash and disputes with home buyers. The first Lok Adalat was scheduled to be held on April 10, 2021, but was postponed to take into account the impact of the second wave of Covid-19.

UP-RERA legal counsel Anand Shukla has been appointed as the nodal officer of the organization...An agreement, mediation is possible, or one of the parties submits an agreement request, the current and pending cases will be processed before the RERA mediation consultant, in which mediation can be carried out according to the mediation agreement, or one of the parties submits a request Settlement. UP-RERA Secretary 

Rajesh Kumar Tyagi said: "Through Lok Adalat, buyers will have the opportunity to resolve and quickly handle their cases in a friendly and transparent manner. Lok Adalat will hear the same cases so that it is possible to reach an agreement on the basis of a settlement agreement. Agreements and long-standing pending cases."
