* After signing the agreement and receiving the token amount, provide property document copies to the buyer for due diligence and loan processing. 

* Complete the sale within the stipulated time, obtain the TDS certificate, review the Sale Deed, and collect the balance payment on the agreed registration date. 

* At the subregistrars office, sign the sale documents and hand over the original property documents to the buyer.

Step: 5

* All the related formalities are now complete, make sure to get a copy of the Sale Deed and other documents from the buyer, after the registration process is completed which takes about 3 or 4 working days.
