CGPL Funds Monarch Universal for Projects up to INR 45 Crores

One of the topmost non-deposits, non-banking finance conglomerates, Capri Global Capital Limited (CGPL) has signed a deal with Monarch Universal to provide funding for developing two residential projects in Kalamboli and Roadpali. Monarch Universal is a renowned real estate builder which have proven track record of providing world-class commercial and residential spaces in Navi Mumbai.

The Wholesale Lending head, Ramesh Kelkar (CGPL) added that this transaction is going to be a testimony of the reality that the residential projects launching on the outskirts of the city are going to set a benchmark in real estate market which is very emerging these days. It will keep on increasing attention of financial companies. Monarch Universal is a reputable developer in Navi Mumbai and has introduced various large-scale residential projects. In 2013, the demand of residential projects was subdued. But according to CGPL, the real estate market will keep on rising and gaining popularity among the mid-income group for housing segment in 2014, because of the realistically priced projects.
