Overall we've had a good experience

My review about Settlersindia.com is a happy one as their staff went above and beyond to make the process of buying our apartment easy and hassle free. I got in touch with the staff at the company to see if they can help to find out a home that would fit within my budget. I was fortunate to find a decent 2bhk flat with them. They even helped us out with the entire sales and registration process. Overall we've had a good experience with them and I sure have no complaints with them.
