Project Details
Literally growing out of the mountainside, and with a minimal footprint, each Stone Lodge is a living tapestry of wood, stone and logs, and is sized between 5500 sq and 6500 sqft, spread over close to an acre of land. The land itself is wrapped around the natural contours and slopes of the location, and plays host to natural rock formations and densely wooded areas, caressed by the crisp, clean mountain air.

24 Hour Security
While the philosophy is inclusive, a smart yet sensitized security force will be dedicated to the safety of you and your loved ones.
Upkeep
A highly trained and motivated team of professionals will undertake Grounds keeping, Pool Maintenance and Housekeeping, just so your mind can be at rest.
Water & Electricity
Fresh, potable water will be supplied 24 hours, with individual metering. ere will be 24×7 electricity supply with individual meters and a Generator backup for every lodge, just to be on the safe side.
Common Areas
Common areas of uncommon beauty await you en route your sanctuary. Beautiful, tree-lined, cobble-stoned pathways, scenic resting decks, wild walking trails and more will be maintained in a pristine state by the in-house maintenance crew.

Located at Kalpetta, a quaint hill town of Wayanad, in the lush evergreen tropical forests of the Western Ghats of Kerala, God’s own country. Wayanad is a part of the UNESCO World Network of Biosphere Reserves, a truly distinguished identity calling upon everyone to conserve it for posterity. We chose the location for its natural beauty, pristine atmosphere and good climate, its proximity to all modern amenities, and the abundance of activities, from laying back and enjoying the cozy, relaxed intimacy of the property to exploring the little known trekking routes and wildlife trails through the mountains and forests.

Taking care of what we build:
Our mission does not end with building and handing over these luxury homes. It carries on into providing care and support for them as well. The interiors of each 6,200 sq. ft. villa, its respective vast 30,000 sq. ft. estate its private pools, gardens along with other key infrastructural facilities will be maintained by a team of trained professionals and housekeeping staff to ensure your comfort and convenience round the year.
