Puravankara Launches Purva Skydale in Sarjapur Road
Purva Skydale is located exactly where almost all the commercial real estate developers are gathered and is connected by all the Madiwala-based IT Clusters. About five years ago, Wipro had established its campus and over 202 acres of land is acquired by Infosys. Also, the area has become SEZ of IT.
According to the announcement of Infosys about the development of its project, analytics are expecting increased demand of real estate development. Due to the development in this sector, Sarjapur has witnessed increased land prices from around 75 Lakh to over 2 to 3 crores per acre. On the Whitefield stretch, a 130-acre township is developed by Sobha Developers. In addition, Sarjapur Road is also surrounded by the land parcels of SunCity, India REIT, Salarpuria and Mantri Developers.
In comparison to the up-market locations, Sarjapur Road witnesses more affordable capital values. According to JC Sharma (MD of Sobha Developers), the Sarjapur Road has entry-level value of Rs. 3500/sq. ft. while Whitefield has pricing of Rs. 4500/sq. ft and Koramangala has over Rs. 7500/sq. ft.
Also Sarjapur Road is getting emerged as the busiest hub of IT. The location enjoys a significant combination of retail market and a large number of educational institutes.
