Kumar Urban Developer Limited (KUL) is a leading developer which is backed with India’s first pre-certified Core & Shell LEED Platinum rating. LEED is globally acclaimed green building certification mechanism which delivers 3^rd party verification on which a community or building was designed and built with strategies that are aimed to enhance performance. The system has been designed by USGBC (Green Building Council of the US). It delivers building operators and owners a clear framework to implement and identify the measurable and sensible green building construction, operations, and design and maintenance solutions. LEED Platinum rating is considered to be highest level given for having 80% of scores around all metrics which matter water efficiency, energy savings, reduction of CO2 emissions, stewardship of resources, enhanced quality of indoor environment and sensitivity to other impacts. This way, KUL as assured adherence to the green building principles at every stage and seriousness about environment which has been the important part of design.
