To engage attorneys, accountants, and other professionals as necessary or advisable in connection with any of the foregoing powers.

This power of attorney shall be effective from the date hereof and shall continue until revoked by me. This power of attorney shall survive my incapacity or disability. I hereby ratify and confirm all that my Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this power of attorney.
