Adani Realty is on Fast Track, Launching New Projects
Adani Group is in realty push and announced acquisition of 4400 Cr project Dhamra port just a day before the election results of the superlative win of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Adani Realty is a real estate arm of 50000 Crore group, which has launched a luxurious residential project about a week later in the posh Four Bungalows locality in Mumbai. The project is known to deliver the privilege lifestyle to the residents and came with 2 acres of landscaped brought in 2012 by the group from HDIL, a Mumbai-based developer, for INR 900 Cr. It will have 3 towers consisting of 29 floors in each. Though the corporate communications team of the group failed to respond to emails, the saleable value of the projects might be around Rs. 10000 Crore, according to the consultants. Around the country, Adani Realty has acquired around 1000 acres of landscapes. In the developers’ group, Adani Realty is the youngest one which is in-charge of real estate development of around 50 million square feet of land in Ahmadabad, Gurgaon and Mumbai. In comparison to Adani Realty , The real estate giant, DLF had around 52 million square feet of land under development, according to consultants. According to sources, the prelaunch in Mumbai was one of the most remarkable upcoming projects of Adani. In association with Marathon, Adani Group is planning to launch a new luxury project located in Byculla, which is known as Monte South. In addition, it is noted that Adani is going to focus mainly on western suburbs in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai, along with Gandhinagar and Baroda. In addition, the group Adani Realty is introducing another project, Oyster Grande, which consists of 700 apartments in Gurgaon. They are launching two projects in the city of Ahmadabad, including an affordable residential complex, Pratham and a 600-acre township project, Shantigram. Adani acquired a land parcel for Rs. 2250 Cr in 2006 in Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai from a well-known developer, HDIL.
