The shelf life is very limited of a residential project which has been introduced with pricing range closing at Rs. 1.5 Cr. over the past 30 months. But the situation is opposite in Pune. A huge demand for residential units from Rs. 50 Lakh to Rs. 1.5 Cr has been seen in Pune.
