The second largest real estate developer of the nation, DLF has planned to launch one of the luxurious projects with 38 luxury residential units in the National Capital with the price range of Rs. 15 to 25 crores.
Just recently, the company is going to launch a super luxury living space Kings Court that is stretched around 2.3 acres of landscapes at Greater Kailash 2 in New Delhi. The estimated cost of the project is around Rs. 700 Crore.
After developing 3000 acres of DLF City in the city of Gurgaon, DLF has established several colonies in 1960s in Delhi. It will offer 27 new flats whose size is ranging from 5000 sq. ft. to around 7200 sq. ft. and 11 villas with size of 7000 sq. ft. Rajeev Talwar, DLF Group Executive Director, confirmed that they are introducing a new luxurious project at Greater Kailash 2 in South Delhi. But they have refused to share further information.
The apartments of DLF Kings Court are going to be very premium by nature and they are something like people has never seen before in Delhi. The construction has been started and the residents can get possession within 3 years.
Even though DLF is about to fix the basic sales price of the residential units, the offer price will be around Rs. 15 crores to Rs. 25 crores. The company is about to sell such villas and flats at the rate of Rs. 35000 per sq ft to Rs. 40000 sq. ft, according to a source. Along with the cost of land, the actual cost of project is Rs. 700 crore.
Last year, the developer has introduced another lavish living space ‘Capital Greens’ where flats were available at around Rs. 4 crore at Shivaji Marg near Moti Nagar Central Delhi. These flats were available at the rate of Rs. 11000 per sq. ft.
Their competitor Parsvnath has been offering two residential projects at Subhash Nagar in West Delhi which costs Rs. 7500 per sq. ft. and other project at Civil Lines in North Delhi which costs Rs. 10000 per sq. ft.
